Meet Stephanie

A little about me...

I am above all else a follower of Christ. He is the reason for my joy, and I love being involved in my church. I have a passion for discipleship and building deep relationships. After graduating from college, I returned to Pennsylvania and currently live with my parents and two younger sisters. Savoring time together over family dinners, enjoying game nights, and laughing together over the little things are all ways I love pouring deeply into our family relationships.

When I am at home, you can find me in the kitchen. I love making smoothies, trying new recipes for healthy dinners, and baking anything with chocolate. When our family decided to change our lifestyle and transition to healthy eating, I was often the family member who discovered the new recipes that would promote good health. In addition to healthy meals, I was determined to find a great recipe for grain and sugar-free brownies☺.

As for hobbies, exercise is something I love enough to make it part of my daily life. Taking long walks with close friends is one of my favorite things to do! Reading is one of my favorite escapes, and I always have at least two books I am working through at any one time (fiction and nonfiction). I am always down for finding a cute coffee shop and sitting all alone with a journal, a good book, and my letter-writing materials.

May the Lord bless you and draw you closer to Himself. He is the ultimate Healer and my greatest desire is to know Him more and point each person I interact with closer to Christ.

Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.
Ephesians 3:20-21
My Healing Journey

When I was six years old, I began to experience intense abdominal pain and constipation. Doctors suggested traditional medicine and treatments, but none of them worked. Over a three-year time period, my symptoms grew worse. It got to the point that I was scared to eat anything because 30 minutes after, I would be lying on the floor with abdominal pain. Unfortunately, the abdominal pain and constipation continued for 4 years until we discovered the effectiveness of natural health modalities. When I was 10 years old, I started working with a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and started the healing process for the first time. I experienced great relief and learned that it was possible to live without the abdominal pain which had become a constant issue in my life. Although much of the pain had been relieved, I hit a plateau in my healing journey. At this time, God led me to Michelle in May 2018 to continue my healing journey. During this time, I finally began to experience large shifts in my body as the resonance of Lyme bacteria was revealed. We began strengthening my body so that it could get back to the balanced state it was designed to operate. Throughout this time, the Lord continually taught me to rely completely on Him and release control. He is the Healer and will never waste any part of my story.

As I have walked through my health journey and watched others experience relief from their own diverse health challenges, I’ve grown passionate about offering this same healing to others. God placed natural health on my heart and has given me a passion to help others in their journey to obtain better health, healing, and hope. I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Cedarville University in 2019. During that time, I began to learn how important emotional health is to the healing journey and obtained Splankna Training in the winter of 2019. After graduation, the Lord clearly led me to obtain my certification as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner in January 2020.

I am excited to incorporate all these areas of my education and experience to offer hope in healing to others. In faith, there is hope. In hope, there is healing!

But, as it is written, “What no eye has seen, nor ear heard nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love him”— these things God has revealed to us through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God.
1 Corinthians 2:9-10
